Opportunity for people of Madhya Pradesh to visit Varanasi-Ayodhya pilgrimage, application date extended

• The applicant has to fill the application form in Hindi only.
• A colored passport size photograph has to be attached in the application.
• Mobile number will have to be mentioned in case of emergency.
• It is mandatory to provide residential address while applying.
• The senior citizen will have to maintain good conduct during the journey.
