Balrampur-Ramanujganj
A case has come to light of putting pressure on the Patwari to construct the boundary wall by preparing fake land documents. On the basis of the report presented by the district level investigation team, involvement of a total of 11 persons was found in the case, in which an order has been given to register an FIR against 10 persons including the city constable and a clerk in the education department.
According to the letter sent by the Collector’s office to Rajpur SDM, village Madaneshwarpur of section Rajpur, P.H.No. 27’s Patwari Anima Paikra submitted an application to the District Archives to inspect the rights records of Khasra No. 544/22 area 2.371 and Khasra No. 550/1 for the year 1954-55. After matching, it came to light that the above record was fake.
After perusing the record of rights, Patwari Anima Paikra appeared in the collector’s office and recorded a statement that a copy of the record of rights 1954-55 of village Madaneshwarpur was sent through WhatsApp, on the basis of which it was asked to make a boundary wall for the purchase of land. Patwari refused to make the boundary wall after inspection found suspicious copying.
After this, Saurabh Singh, Rajesh Singh and Ravidas started calling and putting pressure on building the boundary. Patwari gave this information to Rajpur SDM, after which Rajpur SDM sent it to the district archives for records checking/measles matching. If the complaint is found true in the investigation and it is confirmed that a fake copy has been prepared, instructions have been given to register a case against ten people.
