Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai created history during his Bastar tour. After the meeting of Bastar Development Authority, he visited CRPF 241 Bastian Battalion located at Sedwa in Sukma district. During this, the Chief Minister met the security forces and saluted their courage and contribution.
Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai, who is on Bastar tour, reached CRPF 241 Bastian Battalion in Sedwa in the evening after the meeting of Bastar Development Authority on Monday, where he met the security force personnel and encouraged them. The CM served food to the soldiers and sat and ate with them. He spent the night in the CRPF camp. He is the first Chief Minister of the state to do so.
Camp officials said that Chief Minister Sai was welcomed when he reached the battalion head quarter. During this, wearing CRPF uniform, he met the soldiers and officers posted in the battalion and encouraged them.
On this occasion, female and male commandos of CRPF posted in the battalion presented a cultural program. After the program, the Chief Minister also served food to the soldiers and also dined with them. He rested for the night in the CRPF camp. During this, DGP Ashok Juneja, Bastar IGP Sundarraj P., Bastar Collector Harish S., Bastar SP Shalabh Sinha were present along with the Chief Minister.
