Due to the alertness of Energy Minister Shri Pradyuman Singh Tomar, not only the local residents of Ward No. 1 of Gwalior-15 Assembly Constituency were saved from becoming victims of a major accident, but for the first time, a large area was saved in a short period of just 48 hours. Made pollution free. It is noteworthy that on Wednesday night, the nearby residents were affected by the pollution caused by the fire in the waste collected in the mine pit being used as garbage collection by the Municipal Corporation near Bara village of Ward No. 1 of Gwalior Sub-city. There was difficulty in breathing. Sensing this serious situation, the Energy Minister without wasting time gave instructions to the administration and municipal corporation officials to control the fire and after the completion of extinguishing the fire, the work of removing the garbage started. Even on Thursday night, the Energy Minister remained present at the spot and continued the work of removing garbage and averted a major incident by making Kishan Bagh, Lakshmipuram, Tirua Pura, Jatavpura, and Padri Mohalla, including Bara village, pollution free. During this, he also set up a Chaupal and listened to the problems of the people and keeping his resolve of public service, gave necessary instructions to the District Administration and Municipal Corporation officials for immediate solution so that such incidents are not repeated. Arrangements should be made.
Energy Minister Shri Pradyuman Singh Tomar said that since last 2 days, your servant has been busy in creating a clean environment day and night by controlling the situation arising out of increase in pollution, out of concern for the residents of Ward No. 1. This was possible with the cooperation of all of you. He assured that in future a grand park will be built at this place of Bara village. During this, local public representatives, administration, police and officers and employees of other departments were present.
