‘Jagran Film Festival’ (JFF) is recognized as the world’s largest nomadic film festival. Today filmmakers all over the world are liking it and eagerly wait for it every year.
The latest news is that JFF will be organized in Delhi from 5th to 8th December to enrich the film culture in the entire country. This time a record number of films have been included in JFF. More than 4500 films have been entered so far.
Short list made from films received from 111 countries
- Entries have been received from 111 countries for Jagran Film Festival. It includes films in 78 languages. The jury of JFF has shortlisted 292 films after watching these films.
- In the festival organized in Delhi, 102 films from the selected films will be shown in four days. These will include films in 34 languages from 29 countries. 17 films will be shown for the first time at JFF Delhi i.e. they will have their premiere.
Will be completed in March 2025
There will be a retrospective of Pankaj Kapoor. Actor Pankaj Kapoor will also be present on this occasion and will also interact with the audience. The country focus partner of this edition of Jagran Film Festival is Vietnam. Many beautiful films from Vietnam will be screened during JFF.
After being held in Delhi from 5 to 8 December, the next stop of Jagran Film Festival will be the historical cities of Prayagraj and Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh. After this, events will be held in Raipur, Ranchi, Indore, Lucknow, Kanpur, Siliguri, Agra, Meerut, Gorakhpur, Patna, Ludhiana, Dehradun, Hisar and Darbhanga.
In this way, Jagran Film Festival will conclude in Mumbai in the first week of March. Where along with the festival, an award night will also be organised.
