Keeping in view the possibilities of development of industrial sector in Harda district, an industrial conference was organized for the investors of the area. In this program held at Hotel Haveli Garden in the city, a program of benefit distribution cum farmer seminar under self-employment schemes was also organised, in which the beneficiaries of many self-employment schemes were given their acceptance letters.

In this program, Madhuri Jat, a young entrepreneur from Harda, educated from England, while giving a presentation about her startup “Pithora India”, said that with the aim of making women self-reliant and connecting them with employment, she started this business related to fashion designing. Startup has been started. Umesh Sharma of CV Raman University also gave his presentation on the potential of tourism in Harda district.

During this program organized in the city, Harda MLA Dr. Dogne said that such an event organized by the district administration encourages local industrialists and also increases the possibilities of investment in the district. If any person wants to set up an industry then he no longer needs to be afraid. If he works hard honestly, his venture will definitely be successful. It is not possible to do business without risk, hence risk has to be taken in business. Meanwhile, Timarni MLA Abhijeet Shah said that Harda district is a very rich district in terms of industrial development possibilities. All basic facilities like electricity, water, forest, rail and road connectivity are available here.

During the program, District Collector Singh said that the geographical condition of Harda district is favorable for setting up industries, and all the necessary basic facilities are also available for setting up industries here. There is good potential for businesses like food processing, spice industry, agricultural engineering in Harda district. He told that Regional Industrial Conclave is to be organized in Narmadapuram on 7th December. For which he also invited all the entrepreneurs. He said that industrial areas are being developed in Bichhapur and Sultanpur.

Approval letters distributed to beneficiaries
In this program organized in the city, acceptance letters were also given to the beneficiaries of many self-employment schemes of the government, in which an amount of Rs 3.05 lakh has been sanctioned to the women of Siddhi Vinayak Livelihood Group of Abgaon Khurd. Along with this, Rs 15 lakh was given to Sunny Verma for setting up a transport unit under the Udyam Kranti Yojana of the District Industries Center, Rs 1 lakh was given to Reva Uike for starting a sewing center under the Tantya Mama Economic Welfare Scheme and Sant Ravidas was given to Neeraj Onkar. An amount of Rs 4.98 lakh was sanctioned under the Self-Employment Scheme.
