The proposal for property guidelines of Indore district has been approved by the Central Evaluation Board, Bhopal. Here the proposal to increase property rates at 469 places has got the green signal. At these places the rates have been increased from zero to 31 percent.
After purchasing properties in 469 areas of Indore district, buyers will have to pay more fees for registration as the proposal to increase the guidelines has been approved by the Central Evaluation Board, Bhopal. In this, 111 new colonies have been included in the guidelines for the first time.
Here the guideline rates of nearby colonies have been applied. The proposal to increase the rates has been approved, the date of implementation will also be announced soon by the Registration Department.
Guideline rates increased for the second time in the year
In Indore district, documents are being registered in many areas at a rate higher than the prescribed guidelines. Property rates are being increased in these areas. The guideline rates are being increased for the second time in the year in the district. The proposal to increase the guideline rates at 469 locations in the district was approved by the District Evaluation Committee and sent to the Central Evaluation Board, Bhopal on Tuesday.
The proposal of Indore district was approved in Bhopal on Wednesday. After the increase in guidelines on April 1, 2024, properties were being registered at 5154 locations in the district. Senior District Registrar Deepak Sharma said that it has been learned that the proposal for 469 locations has been approved by the Central Evaluation Board. It will be implemented as soon as instructions are received.
Increase from 0 to 31 percent
Senior District Registrar Amresh Naidu says that the proposal for increase in 469 locations and 111 new colonies in the district has been approved. In this, the rates have been increased from 0 to 31 percent. There are 112 locations where the increase is ranging from 0 to 10 percent. There has been an increase of 11 to 20 percent at 190 locations, 21 to 30 percent at 77 locations and more than 31 percent at 90 locations.
