Police have registered a crime against the officials of Rashtriya Christian Morcha and Bharat Mukti Morcha on the charge of organizing an unauthorized program at Rajwar Bhawan in Gangapur, Ambikapur. Apart from this, an FIR has also been lodged against other people involved in the program. On the complaint of Baleshwar Rajwade, President of Rajwar Samaj Surguja, the police have registered a case against all of them under section 329(3),333,299,115(2),351(2) of the Indian Justice Code. Apart from 319(2),191(2),190, FIR has been lodged under Section 49 of Chhattisgarh Police Act. All of them are accused of organizing a program without permission, gathering crowd in unauthorized place, hurting religious sentiments as well as unauthorized use of police uniform. Rajwar community officials have alleged that they were manhandled. They were threatened that they have rights over water, forest and land. Threats were also made to cancel the land registry of Rajwar community and to implicate them in the case.

The program was being organized by Rashtriya Christian Morcha at Rajwar Bhawan in Gangapur on Wednesday. Officials of Rajwar community had opposed the program alleging that it was gathering crowd in their social building complex by giving false information. People from both the communities came face to face regarding the program. The program of Rashtriya Christian Morcha was stopped midway due to non-submission of written permission to organize the program.

Workers were also in traffic police uniform

There is also an allegation of unauthorized use of police uniform in the Rashtriya Christian Morcha program. The complaint filed by Rajwar Samaj mentions that many workers at the Rashtriya Christian Morcha event were wearing the uniforms used by traffic police personnel. These uniformed workers pushed him and threatened him.

Crime should be registered under National Security Act
