Deputy Collector Rajkumar Haldhar said that the woman who poured petrol, Sonabai, was the president of the self-help group. The woman was removed from her post after internal disputes within the group. Ration shop is operated by the group. Fearing that the allotment of the ration shop would be cancelled, the entire family attempted self-immolation.
The Deputy Collector said that due to doubt he made this attempt, but the allotment of the ration shop has not been cancelled. Everyone is safe and everyone has been sent home safely. There is no such problem with him now.
