He picked up the 10 year old girl who was sleeping deeply in his lap and took her quietly to a secluded place.
The girl ran away after dodging the accused
The young man was about to do cruelty to her when the girl woke up. He gathered courage and inserted his finger into the young man’s eye with full force. By the time the young man suffering from pain could become comfortable, the innocent girl ran to her home in a distraught state.

On Friday, the girl reached Bagsevania police station along with her relatives and lodged a complaint against the accused. The police arrested the accused on Saturday. The accused entered the house late at night
Bagsevania police station in-charge Amit Soni said that the parents of the girl living in the area work as labourers. After celebrating the festival of Diwali on Thursday night, everyone slept at home. At around 2 o’clock in the night, 23-year-old Dharmendra Ahirwar, living in Basti, entered his house. He picked up the sleeping 10 year old girl in his lap and took her to a secluded place. But when the girl woke up, she showed courage and ran away from there.
Relatives shocked by the incident
She woke up as soon as the young man started doing obscene acts. After this she bravely fought the savage youth and ran away from there and reached home. When he told his relatives about the incident, they were stunned. TI Soni said that a case has been registered against Dharmendra for breaking into the house and kidnapping a minor, attempting to rape, and under the POCSO Act, he has been arrested.
