The High Court has directed to send the girl to Rajkumari Bai Bal Niketan located at Shastri Bridge by November 11 in the case of love jihad allegation. At the same time, instructions have been given to keep the youth in an unknown place and send him to his home when the situation becomes suitable. The court said that during this period the boy and girl will not contact each other.

The single bench of Justice Vishal Dhagat directed the Jabalpur Superintendent of Police to take the young man and the girl to their place under tight security. The court clearly said that it will be the responsibility of the police to ensure that no harm is caused to either of them. The court said that on November 12, take the girl from Nari Niketan to the marriage registrar and record her statement before the marriage.

29-year-old Hasainan Ansari, resident of Babli Mohalla ward number five of Sihora tehsil of Jabalpur, and a girl resident of Indore work together in a private company in Bhopal. Both of them applied for marriage before the Additional Collector and Marriage Officer at Jabalpur Collectorate on October 7. On receiving the application, the marriage officer issued a notice to the families of both and fixed the hearing date for November 12. Family members can register their objection by reaching the concerned office on the scheduled date.
