At present there is a double rail line here, but in view of the busyness of this route, the work of building a third rail line was started about six years ago. From then till now its cost has reached three thousand crores.

this will be beneficial

  • Both passenger trains and goods trains run through the double line, but with the construction of the third railway line, goods trains will get a separate route.
  • Only passenger trains will run on the double rail line, due to which trains will no longer be stopped for the operation of goods trains.
  • Trains will run at 130 km per hour on this track, which will increase the speed of trains and also reduce travel time.
  • The number of passenger trains can be increased and the passengers will also have a comfortable journey.
