According to the information, half a dozen residents of Nanhwara Khurd were returning to their village from Katni in an auto. After reaching one kilometer away from the village at around 7 pm, a tractor coming from the front hit the auto. All the people traveling in the auto have been injured in this collision.

Naiduniya News, Damua. A roadsail truck loaded with timber met with an accident due to brake failure at Potia Ghat ahead of Jhiri Ghat on Damua Sarani State Highway.
The accident was so serious that truck driver Mukesh Bele (37) died on the spot, while conductor Mahesh Uike suffered leg and head injuries.
As soon as information about the accident was received, Damua police took immediate action. TI Ashish Kumar sent sub-inspector Ram Narayan Dahiya and constable Ajay Uike to the spot.
With the help of common people, the conductor was immediately taken to Damua Community Health Centre.
