Weather of MP: Monsoon becomes active once again in the state, there will be rain in 3 divisions in the next 24 hours


It is cloudy and raining in Madhya Pradesh due to the influence of weather systems in the Arabian Sea and Bay of Bengal. Light to moderate rain may occur in Jabalpur, Narmadapuram and Indore. The weather pattern is likely to persist for the next two-three days.

Due to the effect of weather systems formed in the Arabian Sea and Bay of Bengal, moisture has started coming with the winds. Because of this, clouds have started appearing in Madhya Pradesh. Also, light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning has started in the districts of Jabalpur, Narmadapuram and Indore divisions.

According to meteorologists, this type of weather pattern may continue for two-three days. There are chances of rain in the districts of Indore, Jabalpur and Narmadapuram divisions on Friday also. There may be drizzle in the remaining areas also. The highest temperature of 35.4 degrees Celsius was recorded in Khajuraho in the state.

According to information received from the Meteorological Center, a deep low pressure area has formed in the Arabian Sea. A cyclone has formed in the upper part of the air off the coast of Tamil Nadu in the Bay of Bengal. A trough is extending from the deep low pressure area to the Bay of Bengal via Kerala, Tamil Nadu. A Western Disturbance is forming as a cyclone in the upper part of Pakistan and adjoining Jammu.

There will be heavy rain in these divisions

Ajay Shukla, former senior meteorologist at the Meteorological Center, said that due to the effect of weather systems formed at different places, moisture has started coming with the winds. Because of this, clouds have started appearing in most of the districts of the state. Also, it is raining at some places in the districts of Indore, Narmadapuram and Jabalpur divisions.

The deep low pressure area formed in the Arabian Sea is likely to convert into a depression and move in the north-west direction in two days. Because of this, the weather pattern in the state is likely to remain like this for two-three days.

On Thursday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, there was nine mm rain in Pachmarhi, six in Malajkhand, two in Khargone and Narsinghpur and 0.4 mm in Indore.
