Surrender of 4 Naxalites with a reward of Rs 2 lakh in Chhattisgarh, the reason for doing so will surprise you


Four Naxalites, including a rewarded Naxalite, surrendered before the security forces in Naxal-affected Sukma district of Chhattisgarh. Police officials gave information about this on Thursday. Officials said the Naxalites have been identified as Madiyam Bhima (24), Sodi Munna (29), Muchaki Deva (29) and Sula Muchaki (33). He told that Medium is a member of Platoon number four of Naxalites and a reward of Rs 2 lakh was declared on him.

Officials said that the Naxalites decided to surrender after being fed up with discrimination and atrocities on local tribals by outside Naxalites and fed up with the baseless ideology of the Maoists.

He told that the Naxalites are accused of being involved in the incident of attacking the police team by doing recce, planting bombs on the routes to and from the police team, blocking the main roads by digging and putting up Naxalite banner posters.

Officials said that the surrendered Naxalites will be given assistance and other facilities under the Chhattisgarh Naxalism Eradication and Rehabilitation Policy.
