The incident took place in Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh. She had put the newborn in a sack in the dark of the night and quietly thrown it away and gone away. Police had got clues about the woman from CCTV footage. This woman earlier worked as a nurse. Recently he had given birth to a minor girl, who had become pregnant due to rape.

A newborn girl, found locked in a sack a day earlier in the city’s Aishbagh area, died on Thursday. Hearing the crying sound of this girl lying on the side of the railway track, the passers-by took her out of the sack and handed her over to the police. The police have arrested a woman in this case, who kept the newborn in a sack in the dark of night and silently threw it away.

Police had got clues about the woman from CCTV footage. This woman earlier worked as a nurse. Recently he had given birth to a minor girl, who had become pregnant due to rape. Fearing public shame, the woman had left the girl on the road at the request of the victim’s relatives.

A 17 year old girl had given birth to a baby girl. After she became pregnant, the family, fearing disgrace, got her delivered at home, for which this woman was called.

It is noteworthy that the accused woman had left the newborn baby girl in a sack near the railway track in Bagh Umrao Dulha located in Aishbagh area. When the pedestrians passing through that area heard the crying sound of the newborn baby on Wednesday morning, they were shocked. When he looked around he saw a yellow sack. When the sack was opened, a newborn girl was seen crying. The girl did not even have a single piece of clothing on her body. Even the umbilical cord of the girl was not cut.

Seeing this, people immediately informed the police. Police reached the spot and recovered the girl and took her to Kamla Nehru Hospital, but despite all the efforts of the doctors, the girl could not be saved.

The police had also started searching for the person who left the newborn girl near the railway track. Police sought records of deliveries in government and private hospitals and also examined footage from CCTV cameras installed around the spot. In a CCTV footage, the figure of the woman who kept the innocent girl in a sack on the side of the railway track in the dark of night was found. Based on that, the police reached the accused woman and arrested her.
