Food delivery platform Swiggy will now deliver food in 10 minutes. Company CEO Rohit Kapoor gave this information through a LinkedIn post on Friday. Swiggy has started Bolt service. Through this, the company is talking about delivering food to customers in 10 minutes. At present this service will be available in some cities of the country. According to Rohit Kapoor’s post, on Friday the company also conducted a trial of Bolt service in some cities. Let us tell you, Swiggy is going to launch its IPO.
Currently Bolt service will be available in these cities
This Bolt service of Swiggy is currently available in 6 cities. People will get this facility in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi and Pune. This means that people of these cities will now be able to take advantage of 10-minute Bolt service. Bolt delivers fast food from select restaurants within a two kilometer radius of customers. Let us tell you, the company is planning to expand it to other cities in the coming time.
The company’s focus will be on these projects
The company’s focus is more on such products which take less time to make or are very popular among the people. Swiggy said it will also focus on ready-to-pack dishes like ice cream, sweets and snacks.
Notably, delivery partners (supply partners) are not informed about the difference between Bolt and regular orders, the company said. This means that they are neither penalized nor incentivized based on delivery time.
