The person sending the threat in the yellow envelope has identified himself as Salim Ansari, Jammu and Kashmir area commander of Pakistani terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammed. It has been said that bomb blasts will be carried out to avenge the death of Jihadis in Jammu and Kashmir.
