A major accident occurred while defusing an IED planted by Naxalites in Bijapur district of Chhattisgarh. During this, five CRPF soldiers were injured. According to the information, the condition of all the injured soldiers is out of danger. In fact, the soldiers of 153rd battalion of CRPF, who had gone for demining in Chinnagelur area of ​​Tarrem police station area of ​​Bijapur, had recovered the IED planted by Naxalites. Which the BDS team of CRPF was taking action to defuse. During this time the IED blast took place.

Action against Naxalites intensified in Bastar

The injured soldiers include Assistant Commandant Vaidya Sanket Devidas, Inspector Sanjay Kumar, Constable Pawan Kalyan, Lachhan Mahato and Dhole Rajendra Ashurba. It is noteworthy that these days a rapid operation is being carried out against Naxalites in Bastar. At the same time, IEDs are being planted in large quantities by the Naxalites to prevent the soldiers from reaching their hideouts.

Bijapur SP Jitendra Kumar Yadav said that CRPF soldiers had gone out for demining. Five soldiers were injured in the blast while defusing the IED. All the soldiers have suffered minor injuries. Everyone’s condition is out of danger.
