The electricity department has taken advantage of this love. The electricity department had told the defaulters in Gwalior that if they do not pay the electricity bill, the license of the gun will be cancelled. After this, people who had not paid the bills for years started paying the electricity bills in large numbers.

Gun love trick used

Actually, there were many defaulters in Gwalior city who had not paid their electricity bills for years. The electricity company was identifying such defaulters and continuously sending them notices. It was also repeatedly appealing to them to pay their electricity bills. Despite this, people were not getting affected. In such a situation, the electricity company used the gun love trick.

Proposal sent to cancel gun license

After this, the electricity company in Gwalior made a list of 48 defaulters who had gun licenses. They had electricity bills worth lakhs of rupees pending. The company sent a proposal to the collector to cancel the licenses of such people. After this, the gun love of the defaulters awakened.

Notice issued to 318 defaulters

In fact, the electricity company had issued notices to 318 big defaulters that action would be taken if they did not pay the electricity bills. This also included a warning of cancellation of arms license. Now this formula of the electricity department has worked in Gwalior.

Deposits of more than 36 lakhs

When the news of cancellation of gun license came to light, more than 200 defaulters in Gwalior have deposited the electricity bills which were pending for years. These people have deposited an amount of Rs 36.77 lakh. Most of these people have gun licenses.

Those with gun licenses paid their electricity bills

It is worth noting that a person living in Gwalior Krishna Kutir had a debt of Rs 1 lakh 33 thousand. He also has a gun license. As soon as he received the notice of license cancellation, he paid the electricity bill.

Similarly, a consumer living in Gandhi Nagar had an electricity bill of Rs 98 thousand pending. He paid the bill as soon as he received the notice of cancellation of gun license. Similarly, there are many people who have paid the electricity bill after receiving the notice.
