India’s opposition leader Rahul Gandhi recently visited the US. Where he made a statement related to the freedom of faith of Sikhs. A part of his statement has now been picked up by Khalistan supporters. Terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannu said, ‘Indian opposition leader Rahul Gandhi’s factually true statement in Washington DC, in which he admitted that the existence of Sikhs in India is facing a threat. This will act as a catalyst for the Khalistan referendum campaign and increase support for the independence of Punjab.’ However, Rahul Gandhi did not say anywhere in his statement that he supports Khalistan.
According to a report by Pakistan’s Geo News, Pannu said, “BJP, RSS members are condemning Rahul Gandhi for accepting the facts. He is the enemy of Sikhs, Punjab and Khalistan. Rahul Gandhi has informed the Congress members about the persecution of Sikhs in Modi’s India.” In his speech, Rahul Gandhi had said, “The fight is about whether a Sikh will be allowed to wear his turban or kada in India. Or he, as a Sikh, will be able to go to the Gurudwara. This is the fight and it is for all religions.”
Pannu’s venom against India
Pannu said, ‘Rahul Gandhi’s statement not only justifies the Khalistan referendum. But it also shows the realization of the Congress Party, the opposition leader, that Punjab is on the verge of separation from the Indian Union.
