Manendragarh-
As per the instructions of the MCB Collector, the District Mineral Flying Squad team seized around 20 metric tons of mineral coal stored by unknown person in Jobapara Basti under Nagpur Tehsil of District Manendragarh Chirmiri Bharatpur and the coal has been kept in the Collectorate premises for security. And 40000 pieces of clay bricks have been seized and handed over to the landowner. Along with this, 02 tractor vehicles illegally transporting mineral sand have also been seized and parked for security at Nagpur Chowki. Action has been taken against all under Chhattisgarh Minor Mineral Rules 2015, Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act 1957.
