Mothers and sisters have started arriving well dressed up to celebrate Teej Pora at the Chief Minister’s residence. Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai will celebrate Pora Tihar with mothers and sisters. Chief Minister Sai will also give Teej gifts to mothers and sisters as the seventh instalment of Mahtari Vandan Yojna. Traditional food Karu Bhaat has also been arranged for mothers and sisters in the Chief Minister’s residence.
Chhattisgarhi cuisine has been specially prepared for the sisters who reached the Chief Minister’s residence on the occasion of Teej, Pora Tihar. Traditional food has been prepared here for Karu Bhaat of mother and sisters. In which bitter gourd chana, khekshi, kadhai paneer, potato peas tomato, kadhi pakora, dal fry, rice, roti, puri, desi bada, potato chaap, chilli pakora, chutney of two types, gulab jamun, gram flour barfi, pickle, papad, salad have been arranged.
