A shocking incident has come to light from Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. A fight broke out between a female principal of a school here and a 12th class student. Actually, the child grabbed the female principal by the throat and slapped her. After this, a fight broke out between the two. The matter escalated and reached the police station. This incident took place in CBS Convent Senior Secondary School of Gwalior’s Hajira police station area. The student involved in the scuffle is Dhruv Arya. It is being told that this matter is related to marksheet, TC and fees.
Actually Dhruv had done his 11th and 12th from this school. But after failing in 12th, he started studying from another school. In such a situation, the student reached the school to get his marksheet and TC, but Principal Nisha Sengar asked Dhruv to deposit the outstanding fees. An argument started between the two regarding this matter. When the matter escalated, it came to blows. It is being told that the student grabbed the woman principal by the throat and slapped her. After this, the student was also beaten up.
The school fight reached the police station
At that time, somehow both the people were separated with the help of the school staff. But later it was known that the matter did not end there, because both the parties reached the police station to lodge a complaint.

The student, while presenting his side, said that he had gone to collect his marksheet because he was being harassed for it for the past 2 years. When he reached the school and asked for the marksheet, there was reluctance and when he called 181 to lodge a complaint, the principal beat him up. The child has also accused the female principal of being casteist.
Female Principal’s side
The female principal, rejecting this, told her side that Dhruv first grabbed her throat and slapped her. On the matter of being casteist, the principal said that all children are equal for her. Also, because of not paying the fees, she told him to first pay the fees and then take his TC. But the student argued that when he did not pass, then why pay the fees.
Complaint filed against both
At present, the police have registered complaints from both the parties. The student has filed a case against the principal Nisha Sengar and two other teachers under the SC-ST Act and for assault. The principal has filed an FIR against Dhruv for assault and threatening to kill him.
