Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav will transfer an amount of Rs 1500 to the accounts of beneficiary women of ‘Laadli Behna Yojna’ today before Raksha Bandhan. Dr Yadav will be on a tour to Tikamgarh, Vijaypur (Sheopur) and Gwalior and during this time he will transfer an amount of Rs 1500 to the accounts of Laadli sisters from Vijaypur (Sheopur). This amount includes Rs 250 for Raksha Bandhan gift and Rs 1250 received regularly.

Dr Yadav will attend the Shravan Utsav program in Tikamgarh in the morning. After this, he will attend a conference of self-help groups in Vijaypur of Sheopur in the afternoon and transfer the amount of Rakshabandhan Shravan Utsav program and schemes with a single click. At 4:30 in the evening, he will be present in the program organized in Gwalior Sheetla Sahay Auditorium, Cancer Hospital Campus.

In Vijaypur, under the Chief Minister Ladli Behna Yojana, through a single click, an amount of one thousand 897 crores will be transferred to the bank accounts of about 1 crore 29 lakh Ladli sisters across the state. Apart from this, an amount of more than 52 crore rupees will be transferred under the Gas Refill Scheme as well as an assistance amount of Rs 332 crore under the Social Security Pension.

During this period, the ministers will participate in the programs of their respective areas. Today, there will be a gratitude cum gift program in all the gram panchayats and urban bodies. Today, there will be programs on a large scale in all the 23 thousand 11 gram panchayats and 416 urban bodies (Municipal Corporation, Municipality and Nagar Panchayat) of the state. The festival-focused event will also see tree plantation and cultural programmes organised under the ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’ campaign.
