According to recent information, Delhi High Court has asked Red Chillies Entertainment and Netflix to file a reply in this matter. They will have to give their reply within 7 days. Actually, Sameer Wankhede has filed this defamation case against the company of Shahrukh Khan and Gauri Khan. Bads of Bollywood has been released under the banner of Red Chillies Entertainment. A petition has also been filed against OTT streaming platform Netflix. Wankhede alleges that Aryan Khan’s image was deliberately presented in a wrong and negative manner in the series. Due to which his reputation has been hurt.
At the same time, Sameer Wankhede has demanded from the court that the telecast of this series should be banned. Also, a compensation of Rs 2 crore should be given as defamation. He wants to donate this money for the treatment of cancer patients.
