A meeting of the State Council of Ministers (Cabinet) will be held under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai on Friday, October 10, 2025 at 11:30 am at Mantralaya (Mahanadi Bhawan), Atal Nagar, Nava Raipur. In this cabinet meeting, a decision can be taken to start paddy procurement from November 15. Apart from this, there can be discussion on NHM employees and preparations for Rajyotsav. Before this, the last meeting was held on September 30.
Decisions taken in the last meeting
In the last cabinet meeting, the decision was taken for direct recruitment to the posts of 100 special educators. Taking a big decision in the interest of the disabled, the Council of Ministers had decided to return the outstanding loan amount of ₹ 24,50,05,457 (Rs twenty-four crore fifty lakh five thousand four hundred fifty-seven) in one lump sum of the National Disabled Finance and Development Corporation (NDFDC).
The Council of Ministers decided to give one-time relaxation in the provisions of Recruitment and Promotion Rules-2019 of the School Education Department for direct recruitment to the posts of Special Educator. It is noteworthy here that the Finance Department gave permission to the Education Department to recruit 100 Special Educators in the state. Relaxing the recruitment rules-2019 of the Education Department, the Council of Ministers had given approval to make direct recruitment for the posts of Special Educator on the basis of merit instead of selection examination.
