Russian President Vladimir Putin has said that if America gives Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine, it will completely spoil the relationship of Russia-US. A new and dangerous phase of conflict between the two countries will begin. Recently, US Vice President JD Wance said that he was considering giving Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine, so that Ukraine can target big cities like Moscow within Russia.
The range of Tomahawk missile is about 2,500 kilometers. That is, it can harm the entire Russia. However, some US officials have said that the US Navy and other departments already have a large part of these missiles. Therefore it will not be easy to give to Ukraine.
A new round of conflict between Russia-US will begin: Putin
Putin said in an interview to Russian TV that if America gave these missiles to Ukraine, it would be very bad. Putin also said that Russia is strengthening its air defense system to stop these missiles. Putin described the relationship between Russia and the West as the worst round after the breakdown of the Soviet Union in 1991.
Putin said that NATO’s expansion has threatened Russia’s security and it is an attempt to reduce Russia’s regional influence. The western country and Ukraine see it as an attack and the imperialist thinking of Russia. At the same time, Europe leaders say that if Russia is not defeated, Putin can attack NATO countries, but Putin has rejected this allegation many times.
Trump
US President Donald Trump took the initiative to stop the Ukraine war in August. Trump and Putin met in Alaska. After this, Trump held a meeting with leaders of Jailonsky and European countries in Washington. Despite this, no conclusion could be reached.
Now the fight between Russia and Ukraine is intensifying. Trump has described Russia as weak, while Putin described Nato as weak. Meanwhile, America is planning to give intelligence to Ukraine to attack Russia’s energy institutions. This step is to increase pressure against Russia.
