Schools and teachers have been rationalized to improve the status of education in rural and remote areas of Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai. Under the rationalization, in the schools which do not have teachers in the district, teachers have now been posted according to the number of students, this has now increased the quality of education in schools. In this episode, under the rationalization process, the single educational school primary school Phulwari Sankal Kendra Padampur has got two additional teachers, due to which the students have got new light of education.
Mati Chetna Sahu, a teacher of primary school Phulwari, said that earlier there were only one teacher for a total of 95 children, but after being recalled, the quality of education has improved, children are getting quality education. He informed that this scheme of government is a meaningful step towards providing quality education to children in schools. Due to adequate teachers available in the school, students are getting an opportunity to join innovations and various educational activities.
This has increased the confidence of children and they are moving fast towards quality education. Positive changes in the education system are clearly visible due to rationalization. Students’ parents said that children are going to school with more interest than before and studies are also being done better. The parents have proposed thanks to the government-administration for educational changes in schools and education in schools under the appreciation scheme.
