Shahbaz and Trump’s first meeting

This will be the first meeting of Shahbaz Sharif and Trump after assuming office in January this year. Earlier, Trump invited Pakistan’s army chief to the White House. This meeting is taking place at a time when tension is increasing in the Middle East. Recently, Israel attacked Hamas leaders in Qatar and attacked. It has been condemned by Arab countries of America. Pakistan has also been involved in the meeting of the Arab League and Islamic Cooperation Organization called on this matter.

After the attack in Doha, Trump had a dinner in New York with the Prime Minister of Qatar. He criticized Israel. However, the US Secretary of State said that America and Israel’s relations will not change. Many experts believe that Israel’s attacks on Qatar have weakened America’s credibility, because Arab countries are now looking ahead of America for their safety.

Meanwhile, Pakistan and Saudi Arabia have signed a defense agreement. According to this agreement, if any country is attacked, it will be considered an attack against both countries.
