The condition of the Pakistani team is very bad before the Super 4 match from India in the Asia Cup. That is why before the Super 4 match with India, the Pakistan Cricket Board has to take the service of a motivational speaker named Dr. Raheel. Meanwhile, Najam Sethi, a former PCB chief, has made fun of the Pakistani team saying that even a psychiatrist cannot teach him.
According to some reports, the PCB has appointed a psychiatrist, not a motive speaker, but a psychiatrist. Some are calling them psychologists. Whatever it is, they have been brought so that they can take care of the mental health of Pakistani players. Regarding this, former PCB Chief Najam Sethi has said that even psychiatrists cannot teach Pakistani players anything because they will not be able to understand what they say in English. Sethi said these things on Pakistani news channel Sama TV and its clip is viral on social media.
Sethi said, ‘I tried to try (appointment of psychiatrist) during my tenure but players do not accept such things. The reason for this is that we do not have culture to go to therapy.
He further said, ‘It is understood that we are very insulted that we have to go to the psychiatrist. When it comes to the psychiatrist here, people say that the treatment is going on with the psychiatrist.
The former PCB chief said, ‘Mental health here means whether or not is crazy or not… but the most interesting thing here is that most of these experts are educated from abroad. English is his tongue. Our poor children are not their English tongue. They have to explain in Punjabi or Pashto.
Najam Sethi made fun of the Pakistani team in a way, saying, ‘His background, his class or lack of proper education is another issue. Psychiatrist (psychiatrist) also cannot teach them anything overnight.
