There is great news for passengers traveling from Indian Railways. Now the railway Neer water sold in the train has become cheaper. Due to the change in GST, the water bottle which was earlier got Rs 15, will now be available for 14 rupees. At the same time, a half -liter bottle of 10 rupees will now be available for Rs 9.

GST change benefited

Indian Railways decided to reduce the price of Rail Neer after a change in GST slabs. The Railway Ministry posted on social media that “both health and savings in the journey. Rail-rich water-relaxed water-relaxed Neer now.”

New rate

  • 1 liter Rail Neer: 14 rupees
  • 0.5 liter Rail Neer: 9 rupees
  • Effect: This new rate will be applicable across the country from 22 September 2025.

Changes in GST slabs

Earlier this month, the government made a change in tax slabs. Now only 5% and 18% rates will be applied, while 40% GST has been applied separately on luxury goods.

This change will reduce tax and the public will benefit. Due to new slabs, water, everyday goods and all kinds of vehicles will be cheaper. The new rates will be applicable from September 22, ie from the beginning of Navratri.
