28 officers did not arrive for fear of arrest in 3200 crore scam, Cart fined fine


In the case of liquor scam of Rs 32,000 crore in the state (CORUPTION EXPOSED) on Wednesday, the court of Special Judge of EOW has issued relevant warrants against 28 excise officers who are absent during the hearing (SCAM Investigation).

During the hearing, all the accused were to appear in the court, but no one appeared with the possibility of police accountability. The court issued a warrant on all considering it as serious. The next hearing of the case will be on 26 October. So far 15 accused in the scam are in jail. The EOW has already introduced the challan and the High Court has rejected their anticipatory bail plea.

Warrant issued on these officers

Pramod Netam, Neetu Notani, LS Dhruv, Iqbal Ahmed Khan, Janardan Singh Kaurav, Arvind Patle, Dinkar Wasnik, Nohar Thakur, Naveen Tomar, Vikas Goswami, Ramakrishna Mishra, Manjushree Kaser, Vijay Sen, Mohit Jaiswal, Gambhir Singh Nuruti, Nitin Khanduja, Ashwani Anant, Ananat Singh, Sonal Singh, Poor, Poor Saurabh Bakshi, Jethuram Mandavi, Devlal Vaidya, Prakash Pal, Ashish Kosam and Rajesh Jaiswal.

Government suspended

The EOW had registered a case against a total of 29 officers on charges of liquor scam. One of them has died and six officers have retired. The state government has already suspended the remaining 22 working officers. Investigation has revealed that all these officials were part of the syndicate made in the scam. Through this syndicate, an amount of more than Rs 88 crore was distributed to the officers.
