Organizations working for male rights in Bhopal organized a three -day session. In this session, the formation of the Male Commission was demanded and it was said that due to the law in favor of women, people’s trust is being broken and the families are disintegrating. Emphasis was laid on the need for equal law for men hearing.
The demand for gender equality in the law has arisen from Bhopal. NGOs- Bhopal Against in Justice (brother) has organized a three-day session by gathering representatives of organizations working for male rights across the country. On the first day on Saturday, representatives of various organizations demanded the formation of the Male Commission. He said that due to law in favor of women, people are losing their trust, families are disintegrating.
Society and law have to be understood that the victims are not only women. Many times men are also tortured by women, but the law is not able to help them. If there is a sexually equal law, then both sides will be able to get justice equally.
Atul Subhash’s brother Vikas Yadav also joined
Vikas Modi, brother of Bangalore engineer Atul Subhash, who committed suicide after being fed up with his wife’s harassment, also attended this session held at a resort in Bhopal village in Bhopal. He said that law men and women should be the same for all. A separate commission should also be formed for the hearing of men. Due to corruption in the justice system, justice is not available on time.
His brother’s video also came with a suicide note. There was anger across the country, but no appropriate action was taken against the responsibilities. While his family was destroyed with the brother’s death. These raised demands in the session
- Male Commission should be formed.
- Gender piercing laws should be abolished.
- Due to the dispute of husband and wife, children should be helped in the arrangement of shared upbringing.
- The misuse of sexual harassment law at the workplace should be banned.
- Malibly action should not be taken until the defect is proved.
