Sisters tied Rakhi to martyr brother, funeral with full military honors


Shajapur The day of Rakshabandhan turned into mourning in village Rani Badod in Shajapur district of Madhya Pradesh, when the body of CISF soldier Mohit Sen reached the village. 22 -year -old Mohit died in suspicious circumstances while on duty in Manipur. The sisters tied a rakhi on the brother’s wrist and gave a final farewell with moist eyes, then the whole village drowned in mourning.

Accident snatched happiness

According to the information, Mohit Sen was posted in 120 Battalion of CRPF in Manipur. He died on Thursday night under suspicious circumstances, which the family came to know on Friday morning. Mohit’s father Anandilal Sen and brother Ankit run a hair salon, while Mohit was posted in Manipur two years ago.

The public gathered in the last journey

On Saturday morning, the body from Bhopal was brought to Akodia (MP News) police station, from where the last journey started. Public representatives and townspeople paid floral tributes to the martyr at the bus stand. The journey between patriotic songs and the tricolor in his hands reached his home, where parents and family were in a bad state.

Tears in sisters’ eyes, rakhi in hands

On the day of Rakshabandhan (MP News), Mohit’s cousins Monika, Radhika and Sonika tied a rakhi on the brother’s wrist. Seeing this emotional scene, everyone’s eyes were filled. People from all over the region arrived for the last darshan and paid tribute to Mohit.

Announcement of military honors and monuments

The soldiers of 120 battalions saluted and gave a final farewell to Mohit. During this, MLA Ghanshyam Chandravanshi, District Panchayat President Hemraj Sisodia and many dignitaries were present. The MLA said that the local high school will be named after Mohit Sen and a memorial will be built in his memory.
