Constant operations are also going on against the Maoists in the monsoon. As soon as the information is received, a search campaign is being conducted continuously in which the soldiers are also getting successes. In two days, eight Maoists, including a prize of two lakhs, have been arrested, along with explosive materials including tiffin bombs have been recovered. All the Maoists were questioned, after which they were produced in the court from where they were all sent to jail on judicial remand.
Police got information
According to the information received from the police, it was reported that Maoists have gathered in Gogunda area of Keralapal police station area and are trying to do the incident. After this, the personnel of District Force, DRG and CRPF 159 battalion were sent from Keralapal police station for search operation.
Jawans caught two lakhs of Maoists
While searching, the soldiers managed to catch three Maoists in the forests of Goguda, Pongabhejji and Rabdipara. In which two lakh prizes were identified as Maoist Podiami Nanda (Military Commander), Hemla Joga (Militia Member) and Hemla Ganga (Military Member).
A lot of explosive material recovered
All of them had been working in the Maoism organization for the last several years, as well as explosive materials including two nos tiffin bombs, detonators, gelatin rods, cordex wire were recovered from them. These materials were the objective of harming the soldiers. All were questioned, then produced in court from where all were sent to jail on judicial remand.
Five arrested with explosive material
A day earlier on Friday, five Maoists were arrested by security forces during a search operation in Jagrguda police station area of the district. He recovered explosive material including a tiffin bomb from them. The tiffin bomb was defused on the spot.
The arrested Maoists were identified with Hamela Muya, Kavas Nanda, Hemla Deva, Muchki Joga and Wetty Bhima. All accepted to be associated with Maoism organization and working for the last several years. At the same time, the use of explosive material was accepted to plant for the purpose of harming the security forces. All were questioned and produced in court and sent to jail from there.
