New Delhi. Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai held a courtesy meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Parliament House. During this, he invited the Prime Minister to join the Amrit Rajat Festival (25th anniversary of Chhattisgarh State Establishment) to be held on 1 November 2025 in Raipur. Describing it as a historic opportunity for the state, the Chief Minister said that the dignity of the event will increase further with the presence of the Prime Minister.
Steps towards inclusive development from “Anjor Vision @2047”
The Chief Minister also visited the Prime Minister of “Anjor Vision @2047” prepared by the State Government (CM SAI), including plans for inclusive and sustainable development in areas like education, health, agriculture, innovation, industry and environment. This document is a blueprint for the contribution of Chhattisgarh towards making India a developed nation.
“Public Faith Bill 2025” for justice and transparency
The Chief Minister informed that the State Government (CM SAI) has implemented the “Jan Vishwas Bill 2025” by taking inspiration from the Central Government’s “Public Faith Act 2023”. This has increased transparency in the judicial process and participation in the governance of common citizens has become more powerful.
Capital region towards smart city
A plan was shared to develop modern, smart and rapidly Nawa Raipur through Chhattisgarh State Capital (CM SAI) Region Development Authority (SCRDA). This authority is working with the aim of including the capital to the country’s major urban centers.
Investment, employment and industrial advancement
The Chief Minister (CM SAI) said that under the new industrial policy 2024-30, investment proposals of Rs 6.65 lakh crore have been received so far. The foundation of the country’s first semiconductor unit has been laid in Nawa Raipur and work has started at the AI data center. Special priority is being given to textile, pharma, readymade garment and IT sector.
Revolutionary change in education and health
The Chief Minister said that two major projects like Medicity and Edu City are being developed in Raipur, which will make Chhattisgarh a medical and education hub. Emphasis is being laid on quality education through digital resources and trained teachers in tribal areas.
Rehabilitation and confidence restoration in Naxalite areas
CM Sai informed the Prime Minister that a large number of Naxalites had surrendered due to the sensitive policy of the state (CM SAI). Basic facilities like road, health, communication and education are being rapidly expanded in these areas, which has increased the confidence in the government in the public.
