Security of women paramount, law will take action on Narayanpur incident: CM Vishnudev Sai

Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai has expressed serious concern over the incident related to three daughters of Narayanpur. Let us tell you that this matter came to light when these daughters were being taken to Agra through two nuns at Durg railway station by giving them nursing training and jobs to get jobs.

Chief Minister Sai said that according to preliminary information, there is a possibility of human trafficking and conversion in this case, which is a serious topic to affect women’s safety and social fabric.

Investigation of case continues, in court process -CM

He said that the investigation of the case is going on and it is in the court process. The government is working with complete transparency and sensitivity, and the law will decide according to its process. The Chief Minister clarified that Chhattisgarh is a peace loving and inclusive state where people of all religions and communities live with mutual harmony.

Chief Minister Sai said that our government gives top priority to the safety and respect of women. It is unfortunate to give political form to the issue related to our daughters of Bastar.
