Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached Tamil Nadu on Saturday on a two -day visit after completing his visit to Britain and Maldives. The PM said that all of you have seen the strength of Make in India during Operation Sindoor. Made in India weapons have played a big role in mixing the bases of terror into the soil. The weapons made in India are still sleeping for the bosses of terror.

PM Modi said that today a campaign of development of modern infrastructure is going on across the country. Recently a wonderful sample of engineering Chenab Bridge has become a symbol of this progress. For the first time, Jammu has been connected via Srinagar to the rail route. From the Atal Setu and Bogibeel bridge to the Sonamarg Tunnel, many such transformational projects have been completed during the tenure of the NDA government, which have created thousands of employment opportunities.

Development of Tamil Nadu our main commitment- PM

He further said that the development of Tamil Nadu is our main commitment. Policies related to the progress of the state have been continuously given priority. In the last decade, the central government has allocated more than three times the amount of more than three times to Tamil Nadu compared to the previous UPA government.

Apart from this, the PM also told the people that last year I had given the famous Roothukudi pearl gift to Bill Gates and he liked it very much. There was a time when this pearl was a symbol of India’s economic power worldwide.

Tuticorin Airport Terminal is being built with 450 crores

The projects inaugurated by PM Modi include a new state -of -the -art Tuticorin Airport Terminal Bhawan. It has been developed at a cost of about Rs 450 crore. The constructed area of the new terminal is more than 17000 square meters and also has an affiliated infrastructure. Which includes a new ATC tower cum technical block, expansion of the runway from the current 1350 meters to 3115 meters to accommodate large aircraft.
