An American Airlines aircraft was landed at Denver International Airport (DEN) on Saturday. The left main landing gear of the aircraft caught fire, after which an emergency exit was conducted. A video of this has also surfaced in which people are in panic and are fast out of the aircraft.
Fire in the wheels of the aircraft
The flight to Miami AA3023, was on the runway immediately after flying, when it was seen that the wheels have caught fire. Seeing the smoke rising under the aircraft, passengers and crew members were evacuated through emergency slides.

All 173 passengers safe
Officials said that a person suffered a minor injury. All the remaining 173 passengers and 6 members of the crew are safe, however, the investigation of the exact cause of the fire in the aircraft wheels is still under investigation. The incident occurred at around 2:45 pm local time when DEN’s first response team and Denver Fire Department reported flames emanating from the wheels of American Airlines aircraft. Due to the fire, the aircraft had to stop at the airport for some time.
