A big update has surfaced in the case of raping, blackmailing and pressurizing the students of TIT for TIT College of Bhopal LOVE JIHAD by implicating them in a trap in the name of friendship.
The Bhopal district court has framed charges against the Master Mind Farhan and his partner Sahil Case under the POCSO Act. The accused are accused of raping a minor girl and threatening her by making pornographic videos. According to the challan presented in the court, the victim sent her minor sister to Indore to save her from the accused. Despite this, Farhan reached Indore and entered the rented room and beat him and raped her.
The accused was pretending to love affair
The investigation of the case also revealed that Farhan was pressurizing the victim to pretend to be a love affair and convert with him. When the victim protested, she and her family were threatened with death. The victim’s minor sister had complained to the police about the incident in Indore, but no action was taken. After this she came to her elder sister in Bhopal and both sisters lodged an FIR in the entire case in April 2025. After this, more than half a dozen cases were reported against Farhan and other members of his gang.
A list of witnesses will be presented on 25 July
Special court judge Neelam Mishra has framed charges against Farhan and Sahil. The police has already submitted a challan in this case. Evidence and forensic reports have also been filed in the court. A list of witnesses will be presented on 25 July. According to legal experts, the punishment of the accused on the basis of the victim’s statement and evidence under the Poxo Act is almost certain to be fixed, even if some witnesses are not present in the court.
Half a dozen girls were hunted
In April this year, several girls had filed complaints against several other accused including Farhan, Sahil, Abrar, Nabil and Saad in Bagsevania, Jahangirabad and Ashoka Garden police stations in Bhopal. It is alleged that these youths first befriended, then won the trust and raped, made pornographic videos and then made mental pressure for conversion. The Bhopal Police has constituted an SIT to investigate the case. Apart from this, the National Human Rights Commission and the National Commission for Women have also taken cognizance of the matter and have submitted their report with recommendations to the state government. The commissions have alleged that the police initially took negligence in this serious case.
Didi’s friend raped a minor
The victim told in her statement that Farhan was a college friend of her elder sister and used to come and go to her room on the pretext. One day he came after the sister went to college and took him out on the pretext of moving him. At the same time, he forcibly raped in Ashoka Garden area and made a video of the incident. After this, when the victim went out of Bhopal, Farhan also reached there and threatened and put pressure on the video. Sahil also raped her by blackmailing on the basis of the same video. Farhan forced the parents and brother to remain silent by threatening to kill him. When the atrocities increased to a great extent, he lodged a police complaint.
What happened so far in college case
Farhan Khan’s name has been revealed as the main accused in the challan, who is a resident of Chhota Chambal area. Farhan has been described as the mastermind of this entire gang. Along with him, Sahil Khan, Syed Ali Ahmed, Saad alias Shamsuddin, Mohammad Nabil and Abrar have also been accused. All the students are serious of gangrape, assault, video recording and pressurizing the students by implicating them in the love.
Prem and cruelty in college
It has been told in the challan that Farhan entered a private college in Kotta area in the year 2017 for his MBA studies. It was from here that he started targeting poor Hindu girl students from outside the college. Girls who lived alone or lived with other students on rent, they would implicate them in love and then physically abuse them.
The challan also mentions that Farhan and his fellow used to recording sexual abuse with the victims and then threatened him through video. The accused used to say that if they did not remain silent or did not agree to conversion, their lives would be ruined.
Inhuman behavior with victims
The police told the court that the accused made such a cruelty with many women, which is difficult to imagine. A case has also come to light where Farhan was not only beating the three women by stripping them together and not only beating them, but also making derogatory comments towards Hinduism. This video and other digital evidence from Farhan’s mobile have been confiscated by the police and presented with challan in court.
Pressure was made by making videos
Farhan and his gang’s way of working was very well planned. They used to implicate the young women in love, then sexually abused them by sexually abusing them and recording videos. When any victim protested, he was threatened with making the video viral and destroying his career and social life. A victim told that when Farhan started keeping a bad eye on her younger sister, she sent her to Indore. But Farhan also reached there and beaten him badly and beaten him badly.
The accused appear through VC
In view of the seriousness and security of the case, the police presented all the accused in court through video conferencing. Serious allegations have been made against all the accused in various sections, and the police have presented a detailed challan in the first registered case. Another name has surfaced in the case of Hameed, who was a member of this gang and also Farhan’s companion in the exploitation of the victims. According to the police, Hameed committed suicide a year ago, so his name was not added to any FIR.
