The Ministry of Tribal Affairs of the Central Government has entered into a big agreement for the education of tribal children. The ministry and government company Coal India Limited have decided to strengthen 68 Eklavya Model Schools in the state together. In the schools that Ministry and Coal India Limited have decided to strengthen, about 28 thousand tribal children study. In this way, this step of the government can see a big change in the lives of these children in the coming days.
What is the plan?
Coal India Limited will spend Rs 10 crore in these 68 Eklavya Model Schools under its CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility). The objective of this initiative is to provide better facilities to the tribal children of the state, their health and them to become self -sufficient. Let us also know what money will be spent on this money.
Now in these schools, children of tribal communities will be provided computers and tablets for digital education. Under this, 3200 computers and 300 tablets will be given to children. Computer labs will also be built in schools. Health and cleanliness of children will also be taken care of in school. For this, sanitary napkins vending machines and insinurators will be installed in schools.
Future preparation and guidance
This initiative of the government will not be limited to school education only. Students will also get advice and help related to further studies and career. Under this, startup training will also be given. There will be camps related to startups in institutions like IIM, IIT and NIT for students studying here.

With this initiative, children of tribal community will get a chance to become good education, good health and self -reliant. This initiative will also meet the targets of education policy 2020. That is, every child will get equal opportunities. This scheme will run a government institution named National Scheduled Tribes Finance and Development Corporation.
