The delegation of citizens of Rajnandgaon district met the Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai in the committee room of Chhattisgarh Assembly courtesy. Addressing the delegation, Chief Minister Shri Sai said that our government is continuously working in public interest with complete transparency. Encouraging innovation in administrative functioning, all procedures are being performed online, providing easy, simple and accessible services to the citizens.
Chief Minister Shri Sai said that on the occasion of ‘National Panchayat Day’ on 24 April, Atal Digital Services Centers have been started in selected gram panchayats of the state. Through these centers, banking facilities are now being provided at the gram panchayat level itself. This initiative is an important step towards the villagers towards digital empowerment. In the coming time, other panchayats of the state will also be connected with this facility.
The civil delegation from Rajnandgaon thanked and thanked the Chief Minister Shri Sai for Prayas Vidyalaya, Nalanda campus, and other important development works in the district.
On this occasion, Assembly Speaker Dr. Raman Singh said that there has been significant progress in drinking water expansion, road construction, and other infrastructure within the last one and a half years in Rajnandgaon district. Various construction works costing more than Rs 600 crore have been approved, whose direct benefits are being given to citizens of urban and rural areas. This shows the commitment of the state government towards public welfare and development.
Chief Minister Shri Sai assured the delegation that the state government is committed to leading Chhattisgarh towards sustainable development, working on the principles of balanced, inclusive and sustainable development.
