A person named Shahzain, who lives in Pakistan, has sent a legal notice to a private airline in Pakistan. In which he said that he sat in the airline to go from Lahore to Karachi, but the airline sent him to Jeddah of Saudi Arabia. Shahzain, who reached Saudi Arabia without passport or visa, told that it was too late when I came to know about this. Shahzain has sent a legal notice to the airline and demanded compensation.
Passenger Shahzain, who arrived in Saudi Arabia in place of Karachi, has claimed that despite showing his ticket to the air hostess, he was not told that he had boarded the wrong plane.
Saudi Arabia reached due to airline mistake
Shahzain said that two aircraft were standing at the Gate of Lahore Terminal and he climbed on the wrong plane. He told that by the time he came to know about this, it was too late. According to a news report, the passenger alleged that due to the negligence of the airline, he faced many problems in Saudi Arabia.
Demand for compensation
In the legal notice sent to the airline, Shahzain demanded that the airline compensate for his additional travel expenses and take action on the matter. Also demanded compensation for the problems he had in Saudi Arabia. The passenger said that he did not even have a passport or visa for international travel.
Find out after two hours
Shahzain told that two hours after the flight, he asked why the aircraft has not yet reached Karachi? After which the crew spread in the crew, and then they blamed me for this mistake. The passenger told that when he asked the airline to take him to Karachi, he was told that it would take two to three days. He told that I was told that the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) would investigate the matter, in which I assured to cooperate.
Private airline under investigation
A private airline has come under investigation after a passport and visa accidentally sent a passport from Lahore to Karachi. The Pakistan Airport Authority had already taken cognizance of the incident and Lahore Airport Management held the private airline responsible for this. The official says that this is the negligence of the airline, which he brought to Jeddah to a passenger going to Karachi.
