Vijay Singh Solanki is a resident of Indore. Vijay has in -laws in Ujjain. In 2009, his daughter was born in Charak Hospital. The daughter has a birth certificate, but due to her not being named on this certificate, there is a lot of trouble in the school. The name of the daughter should be recorded in the birth certificate, so Vijay Singh was traveling around Ujjain Municipal Corporation and Charak Hospital for the last several days.

Even after much effort, the daughter’s name was not recorded in the birth certificate, then she was returning home from an e-rickshaw, then suddenly an unknown person stole her mobile in the e-rickshaw. On mobile theft, Vijay Singh reached Chimganj police station to register a report, where he asked the police to file a report of the stolen mobile. On this, the police made something reluctant.
