Rajkumar Rot, MP of Bharat Tribal Party (BAP) of Rajasthan, has made many serious allegations about cyber fraud. The MP has written a letter to the head of Rajasthan Police and DGP. In which he has opened bank accounts of more than 500 students and their families of tribal area and alleged cyber fraud and fake transactions of Rs 1800 crore from them.

The MP said that the case was revealed when the students reached the bank, where they were told that there is illegal transaction from their account. The MP has demanded a high -level inquiry into the entire matter and demanded justice to the students.

Fake accounts opened on the pretext of PAN card and scholarship

MP Rajkumar Rot told in the letter that the involvement of employees of IndusInd Bank, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Bank of Maharashtra and other banks in Dungarpur district has come to light. Bank personnel went to colleges and entertained the students and their families by saying that facilities will be provided for them under PAN card, scholarships, education loans and government schemes. On the same excuse, his documents were opened with Aadhaar card, photo and signature, fake bank accounts were opened and then these accounts were used in illegal transactions.

Illegal transactions would have been revealed by going to the bank

When the students asked for the ATM card of their accounts, the bank employees started deferring, citing technical reasons. It was discovered when the students and their families reached the bank, the bank management said to remove the employees. In the bank itself, he was told about illegal transactions from their accounts.

MP demanded justice to students

MP Rot said that all these students come from poor tribal families and injustice is being done to them. He alleged that the police administration is harassing the victims instead of arrest of real criminals. The MP also said that this scam is not limited to Dungarpur only. Rather, similar cases are coming up in Banswara, Pratapgarh, Udaipur and other districts of South Rajasthan. He has demanded an inquiry into the entire network from the CBI or any other independent agency and to provide justice to the poor tribal students. At the same time, there has been a demand for strict punishment to the culprits.
