Jharkhand ACB sought permission from court to take IAS Arun Pati Tripathi on remand


The ACB, who is investigating in the liquor scam case of more than 100 crores in Jharkhand, has sought permission from someone to take IAS Arun Pati Tripathi in Raipur Central Jail on remand. Arun Pati Tripathi was arrested by CB on 12 April 2024 and sent to jail.

Jharkhand ACB wants to take Arun husband Tripathi on remand

The ACB, who is investigating under the Anti -Corruption Act in Jharkhand’s liquor scam case, has now sought a production warrant from a special court in Ranchi to take IAS Arun Pati Tripathi in Raipur Central Jail, Chhattisgarh, on remand. IAS Arun Pati Tripathi was arrested by Raipur ACB on 12 April 2024 in Chhattisgarh’s liquor scam case and sent to jail.

Arun Pati Tripathi was in the lead role in the new product policy

IAS Arun Pati Tripathi was in the lead role in the new excise policy implemented in Jharkhand in May 2022 during the tenure of Vinay Kumar Choubey, former Principal Secretary, Excise and Alcohol, IAS Arun Pati Tripathi. Vinay Kumar Choubey, along with IAS Arun Pati Tripathi, had conspired for liquor scam in Jharkhand like Chhattisgarh. Overall, former Principal Secretary of Excise Department Jharkhand Vinay Kumar Choubey and Arun Pati Tripathi, Secretary, Excise Department Chhattisgarh, are the chief king of the liquor scam in Jharkhand.

IAS Arun Pati Tripathi was the Managing Director of Chhattisgarh State Municipal Corporation Limited (CSMCL) at the time of the excise policy implemented in Jharkhand in May 2022 and was the Excise Secretary of Chhattisgarh. The then Excise Secretary Vinay Kumar Choubey made him a consultant of the product policy in Jharkhand and took a payment of about Rs 1.25 crore instead.

Arun husband Tripathi got a commission of crores

It was IAS Arun Pati Tripathi who made his close liquor businessman Siddharth Singhania into the product policy of Jharkhand. In return, Siddharth Singhania also gave a commission of crores of rupees to Arun husband Tripathi as well as the then Excise Secretary of Jharkhand Vinay Kumar Choubey. Under the leadership of Siddharth Singhania, four placement agencies of Chhattisgarh, M / s Eagle Hunter Solutions Limited, Messrs Prime One Work Force Private Limited and Messrs Sumit Facilitiz got manpower supply in retail shops in Jharkhand.

IAS Arun Pati Tripathi and Siddharth Singhania, together with the managing director of Messrs Prism Hallography Security Films Private Limited, got the contract for the hologram supply for liquor bottles supplied in Jharkhand and also got more than 90 crore commissions to the product officials of Jharkhand.
