Arbitration is the demand of the present time to create a full atmosphere in the society by newly establishing the ancient thinking of our country. This was stated by the Chief Minister (CM) Dr. Mohan Yadav on the occasion of the inauguration of the country’s first community mediation center at the Police Commissionerate Office of Indore on Wednesday.
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that mediation not only resolves matters but mutual trust in the society. He said that Madhya Pradesh government will make efforts to take the thinking of arbitration to the villages so that there can be an atmosphere of mutual harmony in the villages. He said that for the smooth operation of social fabric, it is necessary to strengthen family relationships. He congratulated the Indore Police Commissionerate, District Administration and Legal Services Authority and said that this virtuous work is a commendable model.
Under the joint aegis of Police Commissionerate Indore and High Court Legal Services Committee, the inauguration of the newly constructed Community Media Center by Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, Acting Chief Justice and Executive Chairman, State Legal Services Authority M.P. High Court Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva and Administrative Justice, M.P. The High Court, the bench Indore and the Chairman, the High Court Arbitration Committee was concluded in the dignified presence of Justice Vivek Rusia. During this period, Water Resources Minister Tulsiram Silavat, MP Shankar Lalwani, High Court Judge, Divisional Commissioner Deepak Singh, Police Commissioner Santosh Kumar Singh, Collector Ashish Singh and media of Indore were present.
Complexity and human relationship strengthening
Acting Chief Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva said that arbitration works to compromise in controversies as well as strengthen human relations. He said that in western countries it has been termed as mediation, while in India, Panch Sarpanches have been compromised in the matter of disputes.
Solved more than 5000 cases
Administrative Justice, M.P. High Court, Khand bench Indore Vivek Russia said that more than 5000 cases were resolved by 125 arbitrations of 27 different social groups in 22 arbitration centers in Indore. He informed that Indore is the only city in the country where the collector office and commissioner’s office are established. For the last 4 months in the commissioner’s office, the arbitration center is being operated on the basis of trial, on which positive results have been inaugurated by giving them embodiment.
