Governor Ramen Deka has taken a commendable step for 10 TB patients of Sakti district and provided financial assistance of 60 thousand rupees to provide nutritious food to them. He has given this assistance amount from his voluntary donation, which will help in improving the health of patients. Each patient will be given assistance for one year with a value of Rs 500 per month.
In order to make the state TB free under the Prime Minister’s TB -free India campaign run by the Government of India, Governor Deka described the participation of the community in this campaign as extremely necessary and emphasized the importance of public cooperation. They take information about the condition of the patients during the visit to the districts and ensure their possible help and help.
