Deputy Chief Minister Shri Rajendra Shukla has said that if the industrial revolution, green revolution and tourism revolution comes in any area, then the development of that area is done at a rapid pace. Employment opportunities are created in such areas and unemployment and poverty are not found there. He said that a planned efforts are being made by promoting infrastructure development, conservation and encouragement of traditional culture and private participation in tourism sector under the guidance of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and under the leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav. With these efforts, Madhya Pradesh has become an attractive area of immense capacity and investment in the tourism sector today. Deputy Chief Minister Shri Shukla inaugurated the new office of Travel India Tourism Private Limited, active in the field of travel and tourism for the last two decades.
Deputy Chief Minister Shri Shukla said that the government is continuously working for branding along with infrastructure development and other necessary incentives. Sustainable awareness activities are being done to provide global identity to the rich tourism heritage of Madhya Pradesh. Cultural, adventure, laser, religious, spiritual, health and wellness, center, film etc. of tourism are being created in the state. Tourists will be aware of the natural beauty, heritage sites, culture and facilities of Madhya Pradesh, then development in the tourism sector will increase. With strong efforts on the available possibilities of tourism sector, we will be successful in attracting more and more tourists from abroad, not only the country. Principal Secretary Tourism and Culture Shri Shivsekhar Shukla said that along with industrial development in the state, the government is working on various models in the tourism sector. Policies of subsidy and investment incentives have been implemented for infrastructure development. Travel India Tourism Pvt. Ltd. Managing Director of Mr. Mahendra Pratap Singh said that a new office has been established in Pallavi Nagar in the 20th anniversary of the company.
